Shipping & Returns
Products that are in stock are shipped within 3 business days of your order time. We ship
products using UPS. (Please note that UPS Ground takes about a maximum of 5 days
from our store in Southern California.)
Out-of-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of when they become available.
If your order has both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship in-stock items first
and ship out-of-stock items as they become available (unless we are otherwise notified).
We're sorry, we can only accept orders from and ship within the USA.
If a product is damaged during shipping, we will cross-ship a replacement item.
For all defective item returns or replacements, a pre-paid replacement label will be
provided for you to ship the damaged item back to us while we ship you a replacement
product. We'll take care of all the shipping.
You may return any product purchased from JOSEPHBROOKSJEWELRY.COM
within 90 days. Returned products must be in new or resalable condition.
We will issue a refund for the purchase price once we receive the product(s).
We cannot refund shipping charges, however if You would like us to pay for the
return shipping, please contact us to explain your situation.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
